Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was a renowned Indian revolutionary, freedom fighter, and nationalist leader. Whose defiant patriotism made him a hero in India, during World War II to rid India from British rule with the help of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan left an ambivalent legacy. The Netaji name granted to him in the early 1940s by the Indian soldiers of the Indische Legion and by the German and Indian officials in the Special Bureau for India in Berlin was later used throughout India.
Netaji gave all sweat and blood towards India’s freedom struggle 1940 before he escaped from India, he was placed under house arrest by the British. His adage, ‘Give Me Blood And I Will Give You Freedom’ is till date inked on the hearts of every patriot.
