Could you please walk us through your background and the pivotal moments that shaped your journey?
Originally hailing from Kathmandu, Nepal, my educational journey began in a boarding school in Nainital, spanning 11 formative years. This period instilled in me essential qualities such as discipline, time management, and compassion.
Growing up in an environment that fostered independence, I learned to make decisions autonomously, whether in sports, music, or academics. This individuality and boldness continue to define me today.
How did you discover your passion amidst societal challenges?
My journey towards discovering my passion was serendipitous. Despite societal norms limiting women’s academic pursuits, my husband encouraged me to pursue my studies fervently.
A chance encounter with a doctor during my husband’s treatment led me to delve into neuroscience and quantum physics. Subsequently, I immersed myself in intensive study, dedicating 14-15 hours a day to the subject.
Recognizing the need for practical application, I transitioned into life coaching to propagate knowledge and impact lives positively.
Amidst challenges, what drove you to persevere?
It was my unwavering determination to achieve personal growth and garner self-respect that propelled me forward in the face of adversity.
Would you be willing to acknowledge anyone for contributing to your success story?
Discovering the perfect mentor along your journey is paramount for success. The arrival of my spiritual mentor, Shreans Daga, and subsequently, my guiding coach, Mr. Milind Sir, has truly been a miraculous blessing, shaping every step of my path.
What, in your view, are the fundamental keys to success?
The keys to success, in my opinion, encompass hard work, commitment, dedication, and self-belief. There is simply no substitute for relentless effort and unwavering faith in oneself.
What advice would you offer to students and young professionals aspiring for success?
For students and young professionals embarking on their career journey, I offer the following advice:
Set Clear Goals: Define your vision of success and establish achievable milestones.
Stay Resilient: Embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth and remain steadfast in your pursuits.
Work Smart and Hard: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and focus on high-impact activities.

Cultivate Relationships: Foster meaningful connections within your professional network to unlock opportunities.
Establish Boundaries: Maintain a healthy work-life balance by setting clear boundaries and respecting your limits.
Embrace Feedback: Embrace constructive criticism as a catalyst for self-improvement and personal growth.
Embrace Failure: View failure as a stepping stone towards success and leverage it as a learning experience.
Adaptability: Remain adaptable in the face of change, embracing innovation and evolution.
