Interview With Anish Patel And Nadeem Khan | Co-Founders At Friends Bring A Helping Hands (FBHHS)

This week we invited passionate young entrepreneurs Anish Patel And Nadeem Khan for an interview with us to understand more about their entrepreneurial journey. They are the Co-founders at Friends Bring A Helping Hands (FBHHS). Let’s learn more about their journey so far!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Ashutosh

Talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;

Anish Patel – I’m currently studying B.tech 3rd year, EEE Stream. It has been a wonderful journey so far, and am really excited to serve more. I’m the Co-founder of Friends Bring A Helping Hands (FBHHS)

Nadeem Khan – I am 20 years old from Warangal. I always dreamed big from my childhood. I wanted to do something big in my life but things were messed up. During my early days, I struggled for my education and for my basic needs. I was raised by my Grandmother and uncle (Zubair) without them I am nothing. Thanks to their support and my hard work that I have reached where I am today. Now I proudly say I am an Entrepreneur working for a great cause. I am the Co-founder of Friends Being A Helping Hands (FBHHS)

Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?

Anish Patel – I will say ‘Financial Freedom’. If I was financially free then I can help more. As of now, we face many troubles financially but this should not stop us in the coming future.

Nadeem Khan – Basically I understood one thing very clear that If I do a job I can only work for my family. But Entrepreneurship can make many lives better. So I chose entrepreneurship

Anish Patel

What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e. what’s your source of motivation?

Anish Patel – Giving something to others. Doing something for others. Nothing motivates me as much as helping those who really need us.

Nadeem Khan – I feel that I need to have more time to fulfil all my dreams. My dreams get me out of my bed.

What comes first for you – money or emotions?

Anish Patel – I am an emotional person. Business needs to have emotions, not personal. Money is obviously the priority but I believe if your value creation process is right for others, the money will automatically come as an outcome of it.

Nadeem Khan – I am an emotional person and I feel money is a by-product

What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

Anish Patel – Be goal oriented and be practical.

Nadeem Khan – One thing I have learned from my journey is choosing the right people. So I would say choose smart, passionate and humble people in your mission.
