As part of this endeavour, we invited Anuja Dani for an exclusive interview with us. She is an Entrepreneur, Nutritionist, Influencer, Wellness Consultant, Coach and Change Enabler. Anuja is the Founder of Harmony Wellness. Let’s learn more about her incredible journey, background, and advice for our growing community!

We are aware of your contributions to the ecosystem; talk us through your background and your journey, please;
My professional life helped me explore many sectors in the Nutrition field including Supplement Industry, Health Care Services Industry & Hospital Industry as well. I always wanted to gain some experience before starting something on my own.
When I did my Master’s I already had a plan in mind to start up with my own brand.
I started building my brand in 2017 itself with the help of the Nutrition Entrepreneurship Program. And launched my brand name Harmony Wellness in 2018. I enjoyed working and building my own brand from scratch.”
Right from finding a name, to making a logo for my brand & finally the website. Every step offers you a great learning experience. It was a great roller coaster ride for me and I enjoyed it a lot. With every passing day, I gain more confidence in what I’m doing and strive to make it reach as many people as possible to help them find the right balance in their wellbeing.
How did you discover your passion?
After my 12th I wanted to opt for a profession which is different and which will actually help people to make their lives better.
I wanted people to feel comfortable with their body and then choose their health goals wisely for their better health, not because of society pressure.”
I started this venture because we are the people who are being judged by their physique (fat, curvy, skinny, etc.) at every step of their life.

Could you please tell us a little in detail about Harmony Wellness?
So, Harmony Wellness is a venture, where I help people to love themself & find food freedom with the right knowledge of Nutrition and how it is important to be personalized for each body.
Harmony Wellness is dispensing an array of services that includes weight loss and weight gain consultation, therapeutic diet consultation (Diabetes diet, Hypertension, PCOS/PCOD, Thyroid and more), Post-pregnancy diet consultation, Skin & hair wellness consultation, Sports Nutrition consultation and a lot more to cover all areas of your daily routine.”
We also offer corporate tie-ups for team wellness and diet awareness.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
I believe in sharing joy & being grateful for whatever I am getting to learn in my whole journey.
You can say I am a self-motivated person.
The experiences I had in my life makes me go and help others so that they can make their lives better. My own fitness journey has given me a huge motivation in this prospect.”
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
There are a few:
> Build small habits
> Being mindful
> Thinking through the good & bad as well
> Ability to take risks for the growth
> Being Empathetic
You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?
Taking some time out for myself is one thing that motivates me. Taking out some family time and looking at how proud my parents are keeps me motivated. I keep my daily routine simple & short.
The last thing which keeps me motivated, which is really very important. I want each and every person whom I get in contact with to have a positive body image and should be comfortable in the shape they are.
Please share with us, how do you motivate your clients?
We provide you with a holistic approach towards your goal. It is not a drastic change that needs to keep you healthy and active. Sometimes little habit shifts do even better.
We will be there with you even if you achieve your results and we will give you those life hacks which will help you to maintain the goals which you have achieved.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
I will say it straight that there are many factors but if you really have to have the key elements then to me these are the ones:
(a) Accepting & Loving myself.
(b) Responsibility for my actions
(c) Standing up for myself
(d) Resourcefulness
(e) Positive Attitude
(f) Taking massive action (execution) with consistency and belief
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
There are many opportunities out there, look and choose the right one for you. The right one that will fit your way of working and you will enjoy working for.
It has to be a joyful time even if you work rather than just waiting to spend a good weekend. And make sure your work contributes in a small amount to the world.
Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
Knowing that people do recognize and appreciate my work through their feedback and referrals. Also, it’s satisfying to see all your social media family loves your content and they never miss on appreciating and giving their suggestions for the same.
My clients are a big motivation and satisfaction for me. Today I will say that I have truly helped and influenced at least 1 person in the world through my services. It is my big satisfaction.
