Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
I began my professional journey with Koovs in early 2010, where I gained valuable experience in the retail and e-commerce space. After some time, I transitioned to an exciting opportunity with Rocknshop, a high-end luxury startup founded by Sunjay Kapur and Priya Chatwal.
This venture allowed me to delve deeper into the luxury segment, working closely with premium brands and clientele. Following my time at Rocknshop, I continued to build on my experience in the fashion industry with Meena Bazaar, a well-established name known for its traditional and ethnic wear.
Eventually, I joined Threesixty Group, further expanding my expertise in the retail and lifestyle sectors. Each of these roles has contributed to my diverse skill set and deep understanding of different aspects of the industry. I worked mostly into Fashion Startups space
How did you discover your passion?
Discovering my passion was a journey that unfolded gradually over time. It began with a curiosity and a keen interest in understanding how different industries function, particularly in the retail and luxury sectors.
As I took on various roles, starting with Koovs and then moving on to Rocknshop, Meena Bazaar, and Threesixty Group, I found myself increasingly drawn to the intricate details of brand management, customer experience, and the dynamics of the luxury market.
Each experience deepened my passion, as I realized how much I enjoyed the challenges and creative opportunities these fields offered. Over time, this passion evolved into a driving force, guiding my career choices and fueling my enthusiasm for every new project I undertook.
‘Venturesgrow’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
My mentor, Paul Shoker, who has always placed his trust in me throughout my journey, played a pivotal role in my professional growth. He gave me the opportunity to take on various roles, each one more challenging and rewarding than the last.
Through his guidance and support, Paul not only helped me develop my skills but also imparted invaluable lessons in entrepreneurship. His belief in my potential has been a cornerstone of my career, shaping my approach to business and leadership.
What are some of the strategies that you believe has helped you grow as a person?
Several strategies have played a crucial role in my personal growth over the years. First and foremost, embracing a mindset of continuous learning has been vital. I’ve always sought out new knowledge, whether through formal education, mentorship, or simply staying curious and open to new ideas.
Another key strategy has been setting clear, achievable goals. This has helped me maintain focus and direction in both my personal and professional life, allowing me to measure progress and celebrate milestones along the way.
Additionally, surrounding myself with positive influences, such as mentors like Paul Shoker, has been instrumental. These relationships have provided guidance, support, and valuable feedback, helping me to navigate challenges and grow from them.
I’ve also learned the importance of resilience—viewing setbacks as opportunities for learning rather than failures. This perspective has enabled me to bounce back stronger from difficult situations.
In your opinion what are the keys to success
In short, I always prioritize three key principles:
> Focus
> Discipline
> Execution (FDE).
What advice would you give to our readers?
Success is rooted in a combination of focus, discipline, and execution. Always stay clear on your goals, maintain the discipline to work towards them consistently, and ensure that you follow through with effective execution.
Additionally, never underestimate the value of learning from every experience—whether it’s a triumph or a setback. Surround yourself with people who inspire and challenge you, and stay open to new opportunities for growth.
Remember, persistence and a willingness to adapt are key to navigating any journey, whether in business or life.
