Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
Ah, let’s rewind the tape back to 2008 when my journey as a facilitator and coach began. It feels like a lifetime ago! I started my career as a Voice Coach, helping individuals find their voice and confidence.
But you know what they say about life – it’s a journey, not a destination. So, I strapped on my learning boots and dove headfirst into the world of soft skills training, following the footsteps of Dale Carnegie himself.
From there, it was a whirlwind of certifications and experiences – I became a certified Master Trainer from NSDC, a proud initiative of Skill India.
But hey, the learning didn’t stop there! I dived into the world of internationally certified English Language Training, specializing in Business & Professional English, because hey, who doesn’t love a challenge? And as for certifications, well, let’s just say I’ve collected quite a few and still learning and collecting more certificates.
Because to me, learning isn’t just a phase, it’s a way of life. As I always say, “Yesterday’s Benchmarks are Today’s Entry Levels.” So, strap on your seatbelts, folks, ’cause this ride is just getting started!
What inspired you to establish Axittude, and how has your journey contributed to its growth and success since its inception in 2023?
Axittude wasn’t just born out of thin air; it was the culmination of 15 years of blood, sweat, and certifications!
My journey as a facilitator and coach paved the way for Axittude’s birth in 2023.
It was a labor of love, fueled by my passion for empowering individuals through immersive, interactive programs.”
Every certification, every experience, it all came together to form the backbone of Axittude. And let me tell you, the journey since then has been nothing short of exhilarating! From humble beginnings to becoming an ISO & MSME registered powerhouse, Axittude has been on a rocket ship to success, all thanks to the foundation laid by my journey.
How did you discover your passion for coaching, mentoring, and facilitating programs focused on behavioural, soft, and life skills, as well as other domains like Train the Trainer, PosH, Business English, Corporate Etiquette, and Communication?
Discovering my passion for coaching and mentoring was like finding the missing puzzle piece in a sea of jigsaw puzzles.”
It all started with my humble beginnings as a Voice Coach, but as I delved deeper into the world of soft skills training, I realized that this was my calling. With each certification, each program, I fell more and more in love with the process of empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves.
Whether it’s teaching Business English or navigating the intricacies of corporate etiquette, I’ve always believed in leading by example and staying one step ahead of the curve.
And with my mantra of continuous learning and growing, there’s always something new on the horizon! And to let you in a secret – currently, it’s the new AI that’s going to revolutionize the way we teach, learn and apply the learning in the workplace.
Amidst the challenges you’ve faced, what drives you to continue empowering individuals and impacting lives positively through Axittude’s programs?
Challenges? Oh, they’re like the unexpected plot twists in a blockbuster movie – you never see them coming! But you know what keeps me going? It’s the sheer joy of seeing someone’s eyes light up when they have that “aha” moment, that breakthrough.
It’s like witnessing magic unfold right before your eyes. And when you’re armed with 15 years of experience and a passion to make a positive dfference, there’s nothing you can’t conquer! Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about impacting lives, it’s about leaving a legacy that lasts for generations to come.
Who or what has been the biggest source of motivation and support in your entrepreneurial journey, both personally and professionally?
Ah, now that’s a tough one! But if I had to pick, I’d say it’s been my insatiable thirst for knowledge and growth. From the very beginning, I’ve believed in the power of continuous learning and evolving.
And of course, I wouldn’t be where I am today without the unwavering support of my family, my friends, and my fellow trainers. They’ve been my rock, my sounding board, and my cheerleaders through thick and thin. And let’s not forget my amazing team at Axittude; they’re the real MVPs, turning dreams into reality one program at a time.
Could you share some strategies that have been pivotal in your personal growth and development as a leader and coach within Axittude?
Strategies for personal growth? Where do I begin! Well, for starters, it’s all about staying curious and hungry for knowledge. Whether it’s devouring the latest research in behavioural psychology or honing my coaching skills with the help of AI, I never stop learning.
And let’s not forget the power of resilience – because let’s face it, entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart! But above all, AXITTUDE embodies my spirit; which is about leading with empathy, compassion, and a dash of humour. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about achieving success, it’s about creating a legacy that inspires others to dream big and reach for the stars.
In your opinion, what are the key elements contributing to the success of Axittude and your leadership within the company?
Keys to Axittude’s success? Well, it’s just the start now but if I were to sum it up it’s like a well-oiled machine, powered by passion, expertise, and a sprinkle of magic dust! But if I had to break it down, I’d say it’s our unwavering commitment to excellence, our ability to stay ahead of the curve, and our relentless pursuit of growth and innovation.
And of course, it’s the collective effort of our amazing team, who bring their A-game to the table every single day. As a leader, I believe in leading by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, and always putting our clients’ needs first. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about achieving success, it’s about making a meaningful impact that lasts for generations to come.
What advice would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders who aim to make a difference in their respective fields?
To all the aspiring entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders out there, I’d say this – dream big, hustle hard, and never stop learning! The world is your oyster, and the only limit is your imagination.
But remember, success doesn’t happen overnight – it’s a journey, not a destination. So, stay curious, stay hungry, and never underestimate the power of continuous learning and growth.”
