Interview With Bhavin Kunjadiya | Founder At Thanks Creation9

As part of our ongoing quest to bring you meaningful stories and insights from the startup ecosystem, we invited yet another passionate entrepreneur – Bhavin Kunjadiya for an exclusive interview with BrilliantRead Media. He is the founder of Thanks Creation9 which is one of the prominent SEO companies in India. His startup helps your company to rank on the top page of google search results. Let’s read more about his interesting journey and his advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive conversation with him:

Talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;

I am the Founder of Thanks Creation9. We are a Digital Marketing Company based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. I come from a liberal joint family. I live with my parents, elder brother and his wife, their two kids, my wife and a kid. I have completed my Masters in Sales and Marketing, and since then I own the zeal to fulfil my dreams as an entrepreneur thereby satisfying my clients with the best we can offer.

I did work as a Business Development Manager for 5 years and as I mentioned I always wanted to do something on my own so I prepared myself through all those 5 years and learnt a lot of things about my Niche and Industry. Finally, once I gained insights on all the aspect of the business, I established my own Digital Marketing Company in 2014 called, Thanks Creation9.

Even though I had all the information, I was new in the business so I fought with a lot of challenges with experience and finance but I never discourage myself and my family always supported me throughout the whole time. When I started this company, I was alone in my team and had a couple of dedicated virtual team members but now we are a team of 15 professionals.

Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?

Hmm. Let’s put it this way. It wasn’t like, I did not love my job. I enjoyed it but I was missing something. Many people say; Be your own Boss, but if everyone becomes a boss then who will work for them? Funny, isn’t it? In a job, you can think out of the box but you do not have 100% access to implement it. If you do still you have risk & fear of failure for the company. For your own company, you can take a risk but you know the consequences and you take a chance. You are the sole responsible for everything. You are so into it because you do not have any other option apart from your own business.

It’s Like you have only PLAN A and you have to give it a shot. When you have a PLAN B, you give yourself a second chance which means you reduce 50% chance for PLAN A to succeed.”

Too much Philosophy, Right? Ha ha ha.. But This is my Dream to Run my own Business to make clients happy.

What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e. what’s your source of motivation?

Motivation comes from various places. Through Family, Friends, Relatives and other Successful Business owners. In my case, I have picked a bit from all of them. You just need to be a good Listener. Almighty GOD has created a lot of people with High-level brains and thoughts and luckily, I have a lot of them around me. Do not want to give a diplomatic answer but I guess everyone has this Aura around us. We just need to fit it.

My Team is my motivation. My Clients are my motivation. My Family, Friends, Relatives and people around me are my motivation.

What comes first for you – money or emotions?

I am an emotional person when it comes to business as I myself started this so it’s like my baby. I always value emotions more than money. I strongly feel if you love what you do, if you respect views. opinion of other people and deliver good value then money would follow.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

I do not want to give a long speech here. I want to make this short and simple. I believe in Karma. As Lord Krishna said in Srimad Bhagwad Gita – as a human we can only do our Karma and only focus on that.

Give your 100% all the time in all the activities. Leave the rest of the worries.

It’s like you cannot convince all 100 people from the crowd. But whoever is convinced, give your 100% to him. You will feel satisfied when you give your best all the time.

So, no need to take Pressure and Stress, just go with the flow. In every pressure situation, there is a way out. Work towards it. “Do not work for Results, Just Work”

What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?

As I mentioned before I believe in learning. I keep on learning from all types of people around me. Whether he/she is younger than me or older than me. This is my belief that God has given 1 individual goodness in each and every single human being on this planet earth. Which means you can learn at least 1 thing from each person you come across.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

Dedication, Honesty, Interest and Focus.

1) Dedicate yourself towards your Work.

2) Honest with you, your team and clients.

3) Show your 100% interest to serve your client.

4) Focus on your work 100%.

What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

Learn as much as you can.

Find the right people.

Give your 100% all the time in all the activities and leave the rest of the worries.
