Let’s learn more about his inspiring journey, his background and his advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Chirag:

We are aware of your contributions to the ecosystem; talk us through your background and your journey, please;

Like the majority of us, I come from a relatively average household, but growing up, I was surrounded by people who were all great leaders in their own ways. I am blessed to have a family who helped ignite the fire within me that enabled me to accomplish remarkable things at a very young age. My career experience has been incredible thus far, and I am entering a great number of opportunities in life at the moment.

The only thing that was crystal obvious to me during my incredible journey—which had its share of ups and downs—was to never give up and to never stop striving to achieve great things. At the age of 18, after realising that not everyone had the same opportunities as me, I set out to establish an art commune in Hyderabad.”

My goal is to integrate all of the country’s creative youngsters under one roof, encourage their growth as a community, and increase the status of artists in India. Along with my creative opinions, I also hold a certificate in leadership and entrepreneurship from Asian International College and Roots collegium. Without limiting my achievements, my ambition is to increase the nation’s youth’s attention on developing their leadership and self-innovating skills, make them contend with the outer world and advance them in all facets of life.

Today, It’s an incredible feeling to be acknowledged as one of India’s youngest transformative leadership authors at the age of 21. The national book release event is scheduled on November 9th, 2022, at Ravindra Bharathi, one of India’s most esteemed art and cultural venues.“Spellbinding Leadership” is my book that talks about the magic of leadership and its genuine essence.

The theory of being a true leader is explored in the book Spellbinding Leadership, along with the techniques that enable people to work at their very best while also being conscientious and successful in all facets of life. It emphasises the significance of the character attributes necessary for change, emphasising the mind and quality of working before leading others.

This book persuades readers who only use full stops to use commas instead so they can live the ideal life they’ve imagined and be in harmony with the living world.

How did you discover your passion?

I believe that we are discovered by our passion rather than the other way around.

What struck me at such an early age to be an author, leadership mentor, and above all, an Artpreneur, is still a mystery to me. The main factor, though, is my desire to alter the world and the attitudes of young people who are awaiting the ideal opportunity to make a significant contribution.”

Well, looking at things more broadly, I can say that my desire to lend a hand to people and serve as an example to others who do not recognise their value and God-given abilities was the main driver behind my motivation and desire to go above and beyond the norm.

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?

Challenges, in my opinion, are merely stepping stones to achievement and the catalyst that helps us understand that we are only human and do not need to constantly strive for perfection.

If we search deeply within, we will discover that the only thing that may halt our growth is our unwillingness to act and realise our potential. Every person possesses the gift of consciousness, which directs them throughout their life; all they need to do is acknowledge it.

In my experience, I prefer to maintain my calm in adverse circumstances because the only thing we have complete control over is ourselves. I attempt to look at events with a wider perspective and try to identify my mistakes without making excuses.

I make an effort to focus on hobbies like painting, writing, working, and other pursuits that help me realise my value.”

The one thing I learned at such a young age is that circumstances may be won after losing, but if you develop a habit of negativity, it will cause you to lose every time and will ultimately bring you poor news. At the end of the day, what drives me is my desire to discover the capabilities I have hidden within me, leave a legacy for future generations, and contribute to improving the world.

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?

My family and friends are the ones who keep me motivated every day. I consider myself fortunate to have come from a family who has always been so appreciative of my qualities.

Since I was a young child, my grandaunt, “Smt. Sundar Bai Parcha,” has inspired me greatly. In fact, I wrote my book to honour her memory. From the moment I received my first school award till he taught me the unspoken principles of leadership, business, and life, my father has been a terrific supporter and mentor.  On the other hand, my mother has constantly reminded me to remain grounded in life, despite my achievements.

However, I also find inspiration in the stories of my Late grandfather, who passed away while my father was still a child. The secret mantras I use to get back on course whenever I feel low or lose sight are the qualities I strive to inherit from him, which made me a person of tremendous vision and commitment.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?

Constant learning and taking actions rather than making excuses are the traits and tactics that have helped me develop into a better version of myself. I believe that all a person needs to learn is how to be conscious of themselves and their surroundings.

The key is on the path of self-discovery, and to get there, one must first assess themselves while being enlightened.

You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?

Although I believe that optimism can be felt at any time, I also believe that we have a tendency to feed ourselves with unpleasant experiences, regrets, self-created anxieties, guilt, and fears from the past, which causes us to worry about the future. We all secretly understand that we have very little control over the past and the future.

Living in the moment and taking each day as it comes is the best way to stay positive and motivated. The greatest gift that nature has given to humans is located inside your skull.”

For me, positivity is something I create every day, not something that comes to me. If we as humans learn to govern ourselves rather than allowing our feelings or circumstances to control us, we can reach the pinnacle of our lives. In India, where this technique has been practised for generations, it is written in the Vedas and other books.

If we preserve what our forefathers, great leaders, and scholars left for us, I think that we Indians may identify ourselves as the finest. My advice to today’s youth is to see success as a fun game rather than a do-or-die scenario.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

The secret to success, in my opinion, is simple to comprehend and relatively straightforward. Regardless of the type of work they undertake, someone who maintains a mindset of lifelong learning and is determined to create positive change via their work and ideologies will always be successful.

A person should always put aside their egotistical needs and haughtiness. People provide us the keys to our fate, and each one is referred to as a blessing, as humans, therefore we should understand that. If we don’t have good deeds on our side, then all of our efforts will be for vain.

A successful person is always the result of a person’s ability to combine intellect, knowledge, determination, and ambition with a tremendous sense of purpose.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?

I just have one piece of advice for youngsters: never underestimate the inner leader who induces you to feel worthy. There is no justification for your lack of action in this world.

The truth is that we have been exposed to so much greatness that we begin comparing ourselves with those outstanding individuals and thus feel undeserving. Contrary to common belief, we all have the same skin, bones, and facial features as we are born with.

You need to compete with no one except yourself because your mind is your only mental restriction. Success is nothing more than the greatest outcome of all the great things you do on a daily basis.
