Post completion of my graduation as an electrical engineer I got placed in a company and started my IT career after a decade of experience in IT, I quickly moved on to a Sabbatical of four years, in these four years I have tried multiple small businesses and direct marketing opportunities I realized the essence of being a winner in life, after getting coached by my mentor Puja Puneet.
I then learned further from the world’s leading trainers and mentors like Blair Singer, Thaddeus Lawrence followed by India’s leading mentors Siddharth Rajsekar, M. V. Priyaank.

How did you discover your passion in ‘Coaching’?
I discovered my passion for coaching when I understood from my mentor Puja Puneet that when someone connects with the work that they do and if it is something that drives you each and every single day to keep going- that will be a great opportunity to take on as a business or a career.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
My mission to create 100 million happy families reminds me to keep going each and every single day, I believe that an empowered woman can create a happy family. I think that Makes Me Unstoppable.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
Any motivation short lives and for me inspiration in my daily life is the impact of the results I produce that reflect in the world by transforming people’s lives, this inspires me to keep doing more.
Please share with us, how do you motivate your clients?
Inspire my clients by showing that the path ahead for them there are a lot of possibilities but when one understands the next steps in life it becomes easy for them to choose the next steps in their life and how they want to create a life of their dreams so I show them how clear it gets when you declutter your thoughts emotions and heal yourself.
What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
A few business mantras that I follow are honouring my commitments and honouring my word that’s when I see the shift happening in my business and serve each client with the same delusions and attention. To grow in business one has to clearly know what is the kind of values or fundamentals that you build for your own business.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
A few strategies to name are being positive, consistent, doing everything with love and remembering that whatever I do today the impact later will be multifold! This keeps me going forward in this journey with a lot of enthusiasm.
What about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
For me, the journey of coaching gets exciting each and every single day when I give someone confidence by handholding them in the journey of personal transformation enabling them to create a life that they have been longing to live and when I see them achieving their goals smaller or bigger whatever matters to them it is very fulfilling.
You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?
It’s not true that I am always positive sometimes for a moment or for a couple of minutes, I have my set of lows and the more I get better at handling the lows in life. Learn from these experiences and get better as a person by becoming aware of these and acknowledging the emotions. It becomes easy to move forward in this journey.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
For me, the key to success is to believe that it is a possibility to become successful if you don’t have faith and belief in yourself then you cannot move ahead in this journey and apart from this I also feel the most crucial key is to know that the journey of transformation is not possible if you don’t allow the experiences to shape you into a better person.
And also, it is not possible for the journey to be predictable. If you are on a predictable journey then maybe you are not growing in the journey of success.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
I have very valuable advice for students and young professionals, which is to invest in learning and be open to learning and exploring opportunities. When you find an opportunity that you connect with closely and you discover, then work on it consistently and keep creating – these are the essential steps in finding a successful career.
