She is an Educationist, Mentor, Advisor, Speaker, Leader, Coach, and Change Maker. Dr. Latha is the Founder and Chairwoman at Empowered Minds Edu Solutions LLP India. Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Dr Latha:
We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, talk us through your background and your journey as a women entrepreneur, please;
My Education has been in India & abroad, as my father was a government employee delegated and deputed to various countries like East Africa, Mauritius, Russia etc
The transition of schools during my elementary & Higher Secondary years with different countries in abroad and India, really gave me a broader gave me perspective and outlook on what education to look like, This foundation has prepared me with complete life skills at the age of 9 years, I had a become a master in all academic subjects 100 out of 100 marks, with competitive Spirits, because learning was so nice and creative as it developed an interest in me, an opportunity of learning 8 different languages was appreciated by friends & Family, Creativity and innovative practices have been in my thoughts, instead of the conventional chalk book teaching methods.
It”s one of the main reasons for me persuading this creative Animation with the Thematic approach using Multiple Intelligence Methodology as a teaching method. My qualification and expertise for more than 3 decades help cater to the requirement and the need of the hour in the educational fraternity.
I’m a passionate Teacher & Trainer, having experience of trained 8000 teachers for the last 13 years, I have risen up to different positions at a very early age. I was a Former Director & Principal of various schools, I felt a need to bring change teaching methodology which should start from the foundation years, I used my concept, referred to as Animation with a Thematic Approach, with augmented reality which indicates there are various ways of teaching Students for learning outcome.
I intend to empower and create leaders as every individual has Skills, I have come up with the concept of E-Schools as 3E HOME SCHOOL & 3E WOLD SCHOOL, It’s a future ready education setup as per UNESCO”S Vision, which made us believe in the use of technology on higher levels as it”s an era of learning.”
I have a company with my partners called Empowered minds Edu solutions, Edu Tech Company supporting educational Institutes with education services and Technology implementation, Very happy to say I am a Chairwoman of trust named West Education and Social Trust(R)a non-profitable organization, Schools that had a downfall due to some Educational or industrial issues and revived their market through my consultation.
My goal is to ensure gadgets are given to the needy and make the Teachers and students enabled through technology in all Metropolitan schools in India, REACH EVERY CHILD – is my MOTTO, they need us.
What attracts you towards entrepreneurship instead of a corporate career?
I chose entrepreneurship because I always wanted to make an impact.
I have always been intrigued by entrepreneurship and read success stories of all successful entrepreneurs.
You see – It’s fascinating how you build something from scratch to build an empire around it and not everyone can do it. It takes a lot of courage, planning, perseverance, hard work, teamwork, combined with good strategy & execution skills. I chose Teaching intentionally because I was very passionate about Teaching.

Empowered minds Edu Solutions India, has been formed by 3 Educationists, who can bring a change in the Education System To promote 21st-century learning for all children from KG-12 Segments of Schools, we focus on empowering the students with life skills,creative & innovative skills,which makes them competent to face the competitive world and be future ready.
What does your company specialize in?
My company specializes in providing ed-tech training, support and services to educational institutions.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
My father was and my sons are my biggest source of motivation and light.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
1) Remain positive
2) Move forward
3) Aim at your goal of success.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
