How did you discover your passion as a ‘Coach’?
Through iterative planning intertwined with continuous shifts in execution. Over the last 20 years, I have taken up numerous projects in my areas of interest. Among those, I would simply give up on the activities I didn’t feel like pursuing in the long term.
In due course of time, these initiatives helped me identify the areas of my core passion – marketing. It was essentially about arriving at a just to explore what really resonated with my personality and life choices.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
The burning desire in you to impact others lives and help them towards their growth. As coach loves to talk to people and create a difference for them gives me a sense of fulfillment. The belief of setting an example drives me up and ignites me. I want to inspire all those by being unstoppable in my life and career.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
My family, and my inner drive which has a thirst to do something in life and set an ideal example for all those who are directly and indirectly connected with me.
My students are also my inspirations as they want me to exhibit my talent in the world. My coaching community is another source of inspiration.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
There are a few:
> Being mindful
> Always being resourceful
> Taking extreme ownership and responsibility for my actions Courage
> Ability to take risks & venture into uncharted territories.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
I will say it straight that there are many factors but if you really have to have the key elements then to me these are the ones:
(a) Self-love.
(b) Accountability
(c) Passion
(d) Develop and work on a hobby
(e) Taking actions
(f) Positive Attitude
(g) Consistency
What advice would you give to our readers?
First and foremost I would like to tell everyone that start self-love , self-appreciation and accept yourself as you are. Once you learn to accept yourself, you will be able to appreciate others too. Stop self-criticism. Instead, find out the flaws and start working on it. You will be the happiest person.
There is so much to be shared, but this conversation limits how much I can communicate on this platform. Students and young professionals regularly reach out to me on LinkedIn with their specific queries.
Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
According to me, my journey has just begun wherein it has too many layers to unfold yet. There were many twists and turns and are to be continuing. As I believe life is totally unpredictable. You cannot plan and it doesn’t happen always accordingly. Your efforts, skills, knowledge and the manifestation or law of attraction will work altogether.
