Let’s learn more about her incredible journey, background and her advice for our growing community!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Dr Stuti:
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
I am a trained naturopath and the founder of Etsah Trinity INC, a faith-based organization committed to mental health, holistic healing, and social empowerment. My journey began with a deep-rooted belief in the power of natural healing and spirituality.
I’ve spent years integrating these values into my practice, developing Neuro-CBT courses, and expanding our reach globally to offer comprehensive support for emotional, mental, and physical wellness.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse areas, from rescuing vulnerable individuals to helping people transition to healthier, medication-free lives. This journey is built on a foundation of resilience, faith, and a commitment to bring hope and healing to others.
How did you discover your passion?
My passion revealed itself through a combination of personal experience and professional exposure to the challenges many face in mental health. I realized how powerful it is to help someone see their potential, overcome their fears, and take control of their health and well-being.
This understanding intensified during my years studying Naturopathy, where I saw the transformative effects of nutrition, mindfulness, and natural therapies on mental health.
It was this direct interaction with others’ struggles and transformations that inspired me to create holistic solutions that address mental health with compassion and faith.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
Without a doubt, my faith in God has been my greatest motivation. This faith shapes how I view challenges and approach life’s ups and downs. It gives me a sense of purpose and keeps me centred, allowing me to help others with empathy and understanding.
Additionally, my husband’s support and encouragement have been indispensable, especially in building Etsah Trinity from the ground up. Their unwavering belief in me has driven me to aim higher and constantly seek ways to grow.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
Reflection, goal-setting, and self-care have been cornerstones in my growth. Every day, I take time to reflect on my goals, whether personal or professional. Writing down my purpose and goals grounds me and reminds me of my mission to impact lives positively.
I believe that caring for my physical and mental well-being is essential; I prioritize this in my personal life and encourage it within our organization. My journey has taught me that growth is not only about moving forward but about pausing to understand oneself and embrace change.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
The keys to success are rooted in clarity, resilience, and authenticity. It’s crucial to have a clear vision, to be resilient in the face of adversity, and to remain true to yourself.
I’ve found that each challenge brings lessons that can fuel personal and professional growth if you’re open to them.
Success, to me, is more than a goal; it’s a journey. When you stay committed to your values and work with integrity, success is a natural outcome.
What advice would you give to our readers?
My advice would be to embrace a journey of self-discovery. Life will present both beautiful and difficult moments; learning from each of these can bring immense growth.
I also encourage everyone to build a support network and to seek help when needed—there’s strength in connection. Remember, your well-being is crucial. Prioritize mental and emotional health, and find time for yourself amidst daily responsibilities.
Lastly, have faith in yourself and trust the process. There’s an incredible power in believing you can make a difference in your life and the lives of others.
