He is a Trainer, Coach, Trader, Investor and Founder at KingResearch Academy. Let’s learn more about his background, his inspiring journey so far and advice for our growing community!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Harinder:
We are aware of your contribution to the ‘financial freedom’ talk us through your background and your journey, please?
Hello Readers, I did my schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Haridwar and further pursued my master’s from Ramaiah Institute of Management Bangalore.
I believed, and still believe, that you can build your dreams brick by brick. That you can accomplish anything with persistence because life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.
To add to my further curricular activities as per my skills and knowledge, I also completed a course of NISM – Research Analyst which is a main pillar in the stock market to work in and deal with the field. Here, in addition, I would like to introduce my startup “King Research Academy”, a financial institution with 20 employees under me and a privilege point, throughout my 15 years journey of the stock market, commodity and Forex.
Now I proudly say that with the blessings of all I am SEBI registered research analyst and strategist (Already given 16 + strategies on my YouTube channel (256k Subscribers) – https://www.youtube.com/c/KingresearchAcademy) and as a mentor till now trained 45000 + students. Fingers crossed many more to come.
During my college days and even throughout my struggle days I only wished to be an Entrepreneur and trading is my passion since my youngster age now I am giving shape to my dream.
What made you passionate about training?
It’s like my dream came true. I have been passionate about the stock market since I was in 12th standard and when you look out at the world you will find a big myth of people that “the stock market is gambling” I denied it because it’s knowledge, a never-ending process of learning. Without experience & education, every field will be risky.
So, this myth has driven me so fast toward training models to educate others. Simple logic, that job is restricted and other fields are selected but the stock market will give you endless opportunities. Even our motto is ‘Learn and then Earn.’
Please tell our audience what kind of problems King Research Academy is solving?
In my prolonged experience in the stock market, I have seen a lot of examples where people have lost their hard-earned money and the reason being they just put their money blindly in this market and end up with the thought that the stock market is gambling like a casino.
But I want to spread the awareness that the stock market is capable of giving enormous amounts of money only if you invest in the right stock at the right time and this is possible only if you have proper education and experience in this particular field.
Hence I started educating people on how to come out of the gambling mindset and start their journey toward success. This is why our motto is “Learn and then Earn”. In short, we educate people, aware them about the stock market and give them the right direction.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
Trustworthiness drives me motivated when my students and followers show trust in me. It gives me the energy to accept all challenges. Same, trust from my side towards my company assets I mean my employees who are well trained and rich experienced. These selected factors give me encouragement to face all challenges and accept it very desperately.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
My only strategy to follow successful people is to keep motivated and grow as a positive person. The day you will start thinking like them you will gradually grow as a good human too.
Apart from this I always got tremendous support from my family which helped me to focus on my goal and keep helping in spreading awareness and being kind to those who can’t afford education of the stock market.
I have close to 55k followers (family members) on twitter (@KingresearchHry) who take full benefits of my free education and recommendations via charts and make good money without paying a single penny to anyone in the market.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
As we know the famous dialogue of 3 Idiots, “run towards excellence and success will come to you automatically”.
In General words 5 strong things you must have to get the key to success.
(1) Depth knowledge about a particular field
(2) Honesty towards the students/clients
(3) Be fair about the work
(4) Best research team
(5) Planned and systematic work
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
As Thomas Edison once said “I have not failed 10,000 times — I have successfully found 10,000 ways that will not work.” And the same thing I want to advise the new entrepreneur and upcoming generation that you should keep trying even if you are failing, then take it as a positive note only and don’t repeat your mistakes, that is the only way which can make you successful in your goal.
Remember, always be ready with your plan B and make short goals for one aim to get more focus and success. Also, an optimistic approach towards your mission and always searching for the best opportunities to prepare the right path for achieving success.
