Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
My journey has been anything but straightforward. I come from a middle-class family, where we’ve always worked hard to make our way. I’ve explored many roles—working as a Relationship Manager, bartender, delivery agent, and Performance marketer—and each of these experiences taught me something valuable about who I am and what I’m capable of.
From an early age, I dreamed of building something that could make a difference, and that’s how The Bubbles Bath Co. was born. This brand is my way of combining my love for personal care with a mission to create products that are better for people and the environment.
It’s about making small, meaningful changes and learning every day. Life has thrown its share of ups and downs, but that’s what has shaped me into who I am today.
‘The Bubbles Bath Co.’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving.
The name ‘The Bubbles Bath Co.’ is inspired by something simple yet joyful—my love for taking baths. Baths have always been my escape, a moment of calm where I could just relax and let go.
And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love making bubbles? It’s fun, playful, and reminds us of those carefree moments. With this brand, I wanted to bring that feeling back while offering products that are safe, natural, and easy on the planet. We’re here to solve a simple problem: making self-care enjoyable, accessible, and something you look forward to, no matter how busy life gets.
Despite the challenges, what keeps you going when things get tough?
My biggest motivation comes from the people around me, especially my mom, who’s been my strongest supporter. It’s knowing that what I’m doing isn’t just about business—it’s about making a positive impact.
When I hear from customers who love our products and feel better because of them, that’s all the encouragement I need. I’m driven by the idea that even small changes can create big ripples, and every day is a chance to do something good.
What are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?
Start Small, Learn Big: Dive into every part of your work. When you know your business inside out, you build a foundation that’s unshakeable. It’s the small steps that lead to big progress.
Keep Moving Forward: No matter the setbacks, keep pushing. There will be times when things don’t go as planned, but every challenge teaches you something. It’s about moving forward, one step at a time.
Value People Over Everything: Whether it’s family, friends, or your team, the people who stand by you make all the difference. Support them, learn from them, and don’t forget to celebrate the little wins together.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
Success isn’t some secret formula; it’s about showing up and doing the work—no excuses. You’ve got to get involved in everything, from figuring out the numbers to getting the product out the door. The hustle is real, and there’s no shortcut.
It’s about staying committed, adapting when things don’t go your way, and never getting too comfortable. Just keep it simple—put in the effort, learn as you go, and don’t wait for someone else to figure things out. Success starts when you decide to make things happen, every single day.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
Don’t wait around for the perfect opportunity—create it yourself. Get your hands dirty, make mistakes, and learn from every experience. Don’t just follow what everyone else is doing; carve out your own path. Figure out what excites you, and dive in headfirst.
Be adaptable, be curious, and don’t shy away from challenges—they’re what shape you. And most importantly, start doing things on your own before you bring others on board. Knowing the ins and outs of what you do is the real game-changer.
Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
What makes this journey truly satisfying is the freedom to create something meaningful from the ground up. Every day brings a new challenge, a new idea, and a chance to push the boundaries of what we can achieve.
It’s exciting to know that every decision I make directly shapes the future of The Bubbles Bath Co. Watching the brand grow, seeing people connect with our products, and knowing that we’re making a positive impact—these are the moments that make it all worth it.
It’s not just about business; it’s about building something with heart and soul that resonates with people’s lives.
