As part of this endeavour, we invited a passionate entrepreneur – Noel Lobo for an exclusive interview with us. Noel is an Entrepreneur, Leader, Coach, Mentor and Change Enabler. He is the Founder of The Yogi Frog Inc. Let’s learn more about his inspiring journey, his background and his advice for our growing community!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Noel:
We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, talk us through your background and your journey, please;
I have come from a corporate background with absolutely no inclination towards fitness. But certain events in my life pushed me to take a career break from my corporate job to follow my newfound passion for Yoga, Mindfulness and Self Growth.
My desire to learn yoga from its deep traditional roots, led me to Mysore where I learnt Ashtanga yoga and that experience completely transformed me as a person. I was on a quest to find myself and I did. I suddenly had more clarity, focus and a newfound purpose in life.”
Yoga came very naturally to me, I guess when you are ready, your calling comes to you in the most unexpected ways. But this was just the beginning, I had to first change my negative thinking pattern which was the root cause of all my life events so I started enthusiastically researching and working on improving Myself, My Thinking Habits and My Skills. I had developed a strong determination, willpower, perseverance and most importantly I had developed a strong FAITH IN GOD and I honestly believe that this was the single most important factor that kept me going throughout my journey.
It took a lot of time and patience, but I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the journey because I could feel something inside me changing, I was slowly becoming a better version of myself. And this built-in me a burning desire to share this newfound science with the rest of the world and help make it a better place.In the meanwhile, I had returned back to my hometown and started teaching online. My clients most of them from the United States loved my style of teaching and spread the word and very soon I had big groups of clientele both adults and kids. My side business had become my main business.
But deep down I could feel I had a higher calling. There came the idea that if I could change my life by just changing my thinking habits then I could definitely help steer the thinking habits of our Young Generation right from a very young age, imagine the infinite possibilities that this would create for our younger generation once such a system were in place. This was the birth of the ‘Child Life Education Project’.
What would you do if you had 10 Billion Dollars (USD)?
(Smiling) Hmm good question, If I had 10 Billion US Dollars – I would utilise it to help transform the future of education all around the world, which is what the ‘Child Life Education Project’ is all about.
Educate comes from the Latin word “EDUCO” which means to “develop from within” or self-development. Education is the most important tool in a Child’s growth. The World is constantly evolving and upgrading but our Educational system still remains the same.
As per recent research in HR recruitment trends – HR’s are giving preference to candidates with Average Grades & Good Personality Skills OVER candidates with High University Grades & Bad Personality skills. It works the same way in your personal and social lives.
Developing Personality Skills is a very important part of a Child’s Education. It is not inbuilt, It has to be taught, developed and mastered from a young age over a period of time. Personality Skills( ie: Belief System, Confidence, Courage, Determination, Perseverance & so many more) and Lifeskills (ie: Teamwork, Organisation skills, Social skills, Taking action & many more) are Valuable Skills which will define your Child’s future personal and professional success.
It is our uttermost RESPONSIBILITY and DUTY as PARENTS and TEACHERS to empower our children with the necessary guidance and support through physical and psychological tools which will make them mentally strong to face all life challenges and make healthy life choices.
My Vision and Plan is to create The World’s Biggest Educational Technology Platform producing the most impactful content on Personality Development and Life Skills both in Visual and Virtual experiences for anyone and everyone.”
I plan to combine this with Yoga and Mindfulness as this would give their mind more focus and clarity to better assimilate and digest the precious knowledge on personality development.
– Level 1 Primary education(5-12 yr olds) would be the best place to start as at this age kids are very curious, eager to learn and this life knowledge gets easily accepted and stored in their subconscious minds giving a strong foundation to work on, once they reach secondary education.
– Level 2 & 3 Secondary education, The self-growth syllabus in this level will be assembled, categorised and lectured by some of the most successful and proficient personality development coaches on the planet through our online platform which could easily be accessed by anyone and anywhere in the world. The syllabus will be acquired and put together from an already existing & bountiful inventory & library on self-growth from modern and age-old masterpieces that have been tried and tested by the great and successful men of the past over many civilisations (ie: Power of Positive Thinking, As a Man Thinketh, The Alchemist, Think and Grow Rich, The Power of the Subconscious Mind, How to Win Friends and so many more).
The Power of your mind is limitless, let’s educate the next generation on how to tap this limitless power. We are not just educating your kids how to become the BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES but we are also educating them to BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES FOR INFINITE POSSIBILITIES. Child Life Education will empower your children to grow into world-changing leaders, visionaries, inventors and specialists in every field to create a world filled with Love, Peace and Infinite Possibilities.
I honestly believe that If we truly want to CHANGE THE WORLD we have to start by changing the thinking habits of our young generation. And to genuinely create the intended impact we have to think big, and 10 billion US dollars from like-minded Donors for this world-changing cause will make this task a lot more easier.
What made you passionate about ‘Coaching’?
To be honest, I never knew I had this talent inside me. I used to have stage fright if I were ever made to stand in front of a group. It was only after I started working on myself that I discovered new talents inside me and one of them was Coaching. And I got extremely good at that, that’s what all my clients say 🙂
‘The Yogi Frog Inc’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please?
I was actually sitting on my porch one morning, thinking of a name for my new venture and as I turned to the side I saw a frog calmly sitting in the corner, yet aware of what was happening around it and when I pushed the table it jumped out to the garden so flexibly and easily in just one focused jump.
This frog showed two very important characteristics that a yogi should have- Present Moment Awareness and Flexibility. So the name – The Yogi Frog inc.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
> My passion for what I do,
> My consistent desire to grow,
> My determination and perseverance towards my purpose and
> Most importantly my FAITH IN GOD
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
GOD is my biggest source of motivation.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
“If you BELIEVE you can succeed, you WILL succeed”- It’s a Universal Law.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
My advice to young students just starting their career would be:
(i) Make your passion your profession.
(ii) Consistently work on developing yourself, your skills and keep acquiring new knowledge
(iii) Consistently work on becoming the Best at What You Do
