We are aware of your contributions to the ecosystem; talk us through your background and your journey, please;
My professional journey so far has helped me cross-pollinate ideas across a wide variety of industry sectors.
I did my post-graduation in Journalism and started my career in Public Relations.
After marriage, I joined the family business of exports of handicrafts which I enjoyed for a while but I always felt something was amiss.”
During the pandemic all thanks to everything shifting online I discovered that I could pursue something of my own- everyone who knows me knows I am a people person, that’s when I discovered Image Consulting and Soft skills training I studied diligently and put my 100% and got certified along with it I did a course of being a Happiness Coach.
And now I work as an Image Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer and Happiness Coach.
How did you discover your passion in ‘Coaching’?
Through iterative planning intertwined with continuous shifts in execution. Over time I would simply give up on the activities I didn’t feel like pursuing the long-term.
In due course of time, these initiatives helped me identify the areas of my core passion. It was essentially about arriving at a just to explore what really resonated with my personality and life choices and coaching was my calling.”
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
I would never say it was easy but I believe if you really want to achieve something wholeheartedly you always find a way.
Life is all about B.C.D – BIRTH CHOICE DEATH. Between birth and death, it’s simply our choice. On the path to achieving what we desire we must be resilient. Every challenge should push us forward and not pull us backwards.”
Behind every successful man, there is a woman. I believe behind every successful woman there is a whole team of people. And that is what keeps me going despite the numerous challenges.
What about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
Getting great feedback from my clients. The connection, the comfort level that is created where they put so much trust in me to make a difference in their lives and when I am able to deliver it brings me immense satisfaction.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
There are a lot of people who motivate me, my family is my biggest support system. However while I was doing the online course I came across so many women from different walks of life who were so motivated, driven to prove to themselves and the kind who uplifted, encouraged each other they motivated me immensely.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
> Being mindful
> Taking extreme ownership and responsibility for my actions

Please share with us, how do you motivate your clients?
The focus is to help individuals become aware of their inner strengths. Communication to me is a very important scenario to improve motivation.
Listening to the needs of my client is very important, otherwise thoughts cannot find their solutions. Being positive before every session as it positivity is contagious.”
My work is to empower clients to take on responsibilities for their own self-development and show confidence in their abilities to achieve their goals.
What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?

– On top of it all empathetic and compassionate.
You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?
My motivation comes from reading because I enjoy it. The motivation to work hard and practice and stay disciplined comes from the desire to master my skill to keep learning something new, and my genuine enjoyment for my purpose. I try to set boundaries which take practice so that I don’t get bogged down by my client’s problems.
I schedule a daily appointment for self-care, even if it’s just alone time. I keep a gratitude journal and write five things I am grateful for. I read works by people I admire with uplifting material that reminds me of the power we all have within us.”
Last but not least when I see my clients having a moment and I get the privilege of witnessing their breakthrough it’s the most powerful stimulant I can imagine.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
I will say it straight that there are many factors but if you really have to have the key elements then to me these are the ones:
(1) Accepting & Loving myself.
(2) Responsibility for my actions
(3) Standing up for myself
(4) Resourcefulness
(5) Curiosity
(6) Positive Attitude
(7) Taking massive action (execution) with consistency and belief
(8) Willingness to learn
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
Always be open to learning new things. Identify your strengths and weaknesses. Enhance your strengths and work on your weaknesses.
All the people who we look upon started somewhere and faced several challenges while achieving what they have, learn from their stories how they got up every time they fell. If we really want to achieve something we will provide we are willing to face the challenges that come along.
