This week, we invited young and passionate entrepreneur Praharsh Anurag to know more about his interesting journey so far and the way forward. He is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Drivesme Technologies. Let’s learn more about his background and his journey!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Praharsh;
Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;
I am a 10th Student from Kendriya Vidyalaya BHU Varanasi 2019-20 Batch.
From 6th Standard I am very passionate about building Innovative Solutions which leads to solving some of the major problems faced by our society.
I used to spend my time tinkering and doing research about Air Pollution emitted by Industries and did many projects like this and then shifted to Electronics Background in 2019 when I get a Golden Opportunity by CISCO thingQbator IIT (BHU) Varanasi to resolve in its Cohort Program as a “Maker”. It gave me an opportunity to start my entrepreneurial journey in the field of Transportation & Logistics through AI and IoT by launching “Drivesme Technologies” (Next-Gen ML Based SMT Device for Transporters).”
I worked in these fields with my Team members who are undergraduates from IIT (BHU) named as S.Abhisekh Lal Naikk, Rupendar Singh Saran, and Manikant Sharma.
We get to see many tough times and one thing which I learn from it is that tough time goes very fast if you have capabilities to eliminate it from your life. Through Entrepreneurship, we are honing our personalities, gaining experience, maturity, and most important thing, we think that ‘we are doing something which is a kind of asset for our Country’.
Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
Well it is still too early but you can say that I chose it over my basic education because you know there are many guys who can do those things but you know there are some society-level problems like Road Accidents & many more which could be solved by Entrepreneurs only, mainly who are fresh minds and having more thinking power and are dedicated to implement their innovative ideas in society to make an ‘Impact’ to the Nation.
Please share with our audience, what was the vision behind it?
To solve Society Level Problems with Innovative Ideas from Teenage, this can build more & more ‘Impact’ to our Livelihoods.
Describe the services that you offer to your customers and in what the way they are unique?
Drivesme Technologies offers, Next-Gen ML Based SMTD to transporters which helps them to ensure Vehicle and Passenger Safety while Travelling.
Our Smart Technology can detect the root of all kinds of Road Accidents occurs during Traveling on the road.
SMTD also ensures Women Safety in Cabs.
Drivesme Technologies is providing these all services at very less cost.
What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?
People depend on AGE, TIME & Opportunities
But I just depend on TIME & Opportunities
How ‘Drivesme Technologies’ is helping India to grow?

What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?
Should start Entrepreneurship as a Career Choice on your own and not as a liability or due to situation and also not in the view of being rich.
