Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Reetu:
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
After my MBA in Finance and Analytics from EMPI Business School, Delhi, I served the banking and financial industry for almost 12 years. I started my career as a relationship manager for NRI clients and I ended up working as Product Manager – NR.
My professional journey and enriching experience in the financial services industry have helped me to learn the art of sales and service from ideation to creation to monetisation which has made it a little easier.
I always wanted to do something on my own. While I was working as a product manager, I conceived the idea of creating my own product and serving the clients with the best products. That’s when it clicked to create something seamless, and hassle free which can add value to the lives of my clients.”
Where returns are not subject to market risk but my product actually adds value and makes an impact in their lives.
I quit my full-time job recently and started my own venture as Transformational Wealth Coach.
The journey has been full of learning so far. It is only when you do something for yourself, you find the real meaning of the work. As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for everything. While it may definitely seem challenging at first but you will find it fulfilling.
I now help people to invest in their most valuable assets to create sustainable wealth.
How did you discover your passion?
I always had this inclination towards helping people. It feels great to help clients build their wealth and solve some of there complex problems.
When I saw the opportunity to help people and build my business around it, I immediately enrolled myself into this new learning and exploring myself.
And after a journey of 6 months, I was sure that this is my calling, my higher purpose to serve people, to add value and give unconditionally.”
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
My Deepest Desire drives me.
Whatever I have done till today it is being driven by my deepest desire of living life on my own terms, being financially free and independent.”
I believe everyone deserves to live a life of freedom, being financially free and independent. Wealth and Abundance are our birthright and anything less than abundance must not be acceptable to anyone.
As Conscious Creators, our vision is to see a world where people continue to invest in themselves to raise their consciousness and create sustainable wealth.
Helping themselves first by transforming their relationship with self and then with wealth as well. As I truly believe that your self-worth directly impacts your net worth.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
I am a turnaround specialist and the turning points in my life have been my biggest source of motivation.
When life throws lemons at me, I love to make lemonade and enjoy it.”
I am a lifelong learner and My zeal to learn, to be the best version of myself and explore my highest potential are also my source of continuous motivation.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
There are a few:
> Being Responsible.
> True to Myself.
> Being Courageous.
> Having Faith.
> Being Spiritual.
> Always listening to life and learning from experience.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
For me Success is twofold and there are only 2 elements needed to be successful.
(1) Your Energy
(2) Your Concentrated Energy.
What advice would you give to our readers?
Your Thoughts are your real money. And Each moment is a gold coin. Stop Spending, Start Investing. Every moment, become conscious of that moment. What Are You Thinking? What are you Feeling? What are you Doing?
Be mindful of where you spend your time and most importantly, your attention and energy on a given day. Wherever your energy flows, it grows.”
Start living life in present, being conscious of each moment and knowing that your thought and moments do not recede into the past but they advance into the future. Stop spending and start investing them wisely, you can create your dream life.
Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
Every day is a new day, a new opportunity to be, to do and to have more. Knowing that I am becoming the best version of myself, reaching my highest potential, serving my purpose, following my passion and creating unlimited wealth and success for generations to come.
