Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?

My journey began in the IT industry, where I spent several years excelling in technology and project management. Despite my success, I felt a calling to pursue a path more aligned with my passion for holistic health when I wanted to take a break from my work.

This led me to transition into the wellness industry, and over the years, I’ve earned over 25 certifications across yoga, Ayurveda, fitness, life coaching, nutrition, psychology, NLP, EFT and different healing modalities.

Today, I’m recognized as a fitness Model and top wellness influencer, collaborating with leading brands worldwide while empowering individuals to achieve their best physical and mental well-being.

How did you discover your passion?

My passion for holistic wellness surfaced when I realized how important it is to balance the mind, body, and spirit in today’s fast-paced world. While working in IT, I saw firsthand the toll that stress and poor lifestyle choices can take on health.

That’s when I decided to take control of my well-being through yoga and holistic practices. The transformation I experienced personally ignited a passion to help others do the same, and that’s been my mission ever since.

You have over 25 certifications across various disciplines. How do you integrate all these diverse skills into your work?

Every certification has enriched my holistic understanding of health and well-being. Yoga, nutrition, life coaching, Ayurveda, and healing practices are all interconnected.

I tailor my approach to each person by combining these elements, offering a comprehensive strategy for wellness that covers both physical and mental health. This integrative approach ensures that my clients don’t just achieve short-term results but also long-term well-being.

Despite the challenges, what keeps you going when things get tough?

What keeps me going is the knowledge that I’m making a real difference in people’s lives. Whether it’s a client who achieves their wellness goals or someone who’s deeply impacted by my coaching, the satisfaction of helping others unlock their full potential is incredibly rewarding.

Plus, I stay grounded by focusing on my core values: integrity, empathy, and excellence. These guide me through tough times, reminding me why I started this journey.

What are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?

Resilience: Challenges will always come, but persistence and adaptability are key to overcoming them.

Empathy: Understanding others’ journeys and struggles enables me to guide them more effectively.

Growth Mindset: Continuous learning and evolution are essential. Every day is an opportunity to grow and become better, both personally and professionally.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?

The keys to success are clarity of purpose, relentless focus, and authenticity. It’s important to know exactly what you want, stay committed to the journey, and always remain true to yourself.

Success is not just about achieving goals, but about doing so in a way that aligns with your values and passions.

What do you envision for the future of wellness, and how do you see yourself contributing to that future?

The future of wellness is going to be more personalized, integrating not only physical health but mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being as well. I see myself continuing to innovate in this space by developing customized wellness programs that leverage technology and human connection.

My goal is to build more awareness around gut health, mental resilience, and sustainable living, helping people achieve holistic health on a global scale.

How do you balance your personal well-being with your demanding career as a wellness professional?

It’s essential to practice what I preach. I make sure to prioritize my own wellness by sticking to a routine that includes daily yoga, meditation, and a balanced diet.

I also take time for mental relaxation and creative activities, ensuring that I maintain my energy and focus. This balance allows me to serve my clients from a place of wholeness and vitality.

 

What advice would you give students and young’s about professionals who want to have a successful career?

Start by finding something that you are genuinely passionate about because that will fuel your journey. Invest in your skills and never stop learning. Also, build resilience—setbacks are inevitable, but they are part of the growth process. Lastly, surround yourself with people who inspire and support your growth; your environment plays a huge role in your success.

Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?

What excites me most about my journey is that it allows me to combine my skills in such a diverse range of disciplines—from IT to yoga, coaching, and inteinto something truly impactful.

Seeing the positive transformation in the lives of those I’ve helped is incredibly fulfilling. Every day, I get to wake up knowing I’m contributing to a healthier, happier world, and that’s what keeps me motivated and inspired.
