Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Sneha:
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
With years of experience working with global organizations like Amazon, Times Internet, Taboola, and Jindal Group, I have gained invaluable insights into leadership, communication, and the mindset required to succeed in fast-paced environments.
“My journey has been one of growth and learning,” I share. “I’ve faced setbacks, self-doubt, and the pressure to constantly prove myself. But it’s these experiences that have shaped my passion to help others rise.”
I am now determined to empower others with the tools, mindset, and strategies they need to thrive, both professionally and personally.
As a woman who has navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship myself, I have built a mission-driven career helping others overcome limiting beliefs, embrace their leadership potential, and create meaningful impact in their businesses and beyond.
How do you aim to impact others? What are the key characteristics you work on?
It is a Mission-Driven Impact that we follow. I strongly believe that mental clarity and a growth mindset are at the core of effective leadership.
My mission focuses on three key pillars:
Clarity: Guiding entrepreneurs to discover their purpose, align with their values, and make strategic decisions that lead to sustainable growth.
Confidence: Helping overcome imposter syndrome, societal expectations, and self-doubt to lead with boldness and authenticity.
Resilience: Equipping with tools to manage stress, embrace challenges, and navigate uncertainty with grace and strength.
Through my coaching programs, I aim to foster a movement of empowered entrepreneurship rooted in authenticity, resilience, and mental well-being.
“My vision is to inspire and uplift 1 million entrepreneurs by helping them break through barriers, unlock their inner clarity, and lead with unwavering confidence,” I say. “Entrepreneurs are not just business leaders; they are change-makers, role models, and the backbone of communities.”
Why should working people join your coaching program?
Well, I simply envision a future where entrepreneurs don’t just compete but lead with conviction. My coaching programs mainly focus on creating actionable strategies to help women:
a) Develop a growth mindset and overcome limiting beliefs.
b) Build high-performing teams and foster collaborative cultures.
c) Balance business success with mental and emotional well-being.
d) Scale their businesses while staying aligned with their purpose.
“I want every woman to feel seen, heard, and empowered to create the life and business of her dreams,”
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
Inspiration Over Motivation: My Journey and Purpose
Motivation has never been the driving force of my journey; it has always been inspiration. There’s a fundamental difference—motivation is something you seek when you need a push, but inspiration is a fire that burns from within. I am, by nature, a self-motivated person and a high-action taker. What fuels me is my purpose, and my purpose is far bigger than myself.
I draw inspiration from remarkable women who have shaped industries, defied norms, and led with courage.
Indra Nooyi, the former CEO of PepsiCo, has been one of my biggest inspirations. Her resilience, strategic mindset, and ability to lead in a male-dominated industry have always resonated with me. She broke barriers, and more importantly, she did it with grace and intelligence.
Priyanka Chopra, a global icon, has demonstrated an extraordinary evolution—starting from winning a beauty title to becoming an internationally recognized actress and entrepreneur. I’ve seen her transformation, from how she spoke to how she carried herself, and it’s proof of what relentless ambition and self-belief can create.
And then there’s Oprah Winfrey, a woman whose story I have only read but whose impact I deeply feel. She didn’t just rise to success—she uplifted millions along the way. She embodies what it means to grow financially, emotionally, and spiritually while contributing to the world in a meaningful way.
But beyond these inspirations, my driving force is my purpose—to create a significant shift in the world, particularly in the areas of mental health and conscious leadership.
Leadership, to me, isn’t just about those in power today—it’s about the 20% who will shape the future. True leadership isn’t just about achieving results; it’s about awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate external chaos without letting it define you.
That, for me, is the essence of mental health. The world outside will always be unpredictable, but when you have the tools to separate what happens to you from who you are within, you unlock a different level of power.
This is what drives me. Not motivation. Not momentary inspiration. But an unshakable purpose. And this is the change I am committed to bringing to the world.

Clarity: The Ultimate Strategy for Success
Every human operates with a strategy, whether they realize it or not. Looking back, I’ve come to see that the foundation of every goal I’ve pursued—big or small—has been absolute clarity of purpose.
Clarity is everything. It’s not about the size of the goal; it’s about how driven you are to achieve it. Whether it’s a massive vision for your business or a personal goal like losing weight, the key is knowing exactly what you want and why you want it. Just as importantly, knowing what you don’t want provides an even sharper focus. When your vision is crystal clear, your direction is unmistakable.
Many people struggle because they lack clarity. They stumble through life, trying to fit the puzzle pieces together without first understanding the big picture. Without clarity, you end up wandering aimlessly, making random choices, and hoping they’ll lead somewhere. But with clarity, you know exactly where you want to go, and from there, it’s simply a matter of figuring out how to get there.
Once clarity is established, discipline becomes non-negotiable. It’s what transforms vision into reality. When your purpose is strong enough, discipline stops feeling like an effort—it becomes second nature. There is no success without discipline. You can’t commit for five days and then fall apart on the sixth. Success demands consistent action, every single day.
And here’s the best part—when you have clarity and discipline, you don’t experience burnout or constant dips in motivation. You move with intention, energy, and certainty. You don’t waste time second-guessing or getting stuck in unnecessary detours.
This is not just how I’ve built my own life, but also what I aim to teach and share with others. Because without clarity, success is just a game of luck. With clarity, success is inevitable.
