He is a Consultant, Influencer, Wedding Planner, Entrepreneur, Leader, and Founder & Director of Pulse Wedding Planner Pvt Ltd. Let’s learn more about his exciting journey, his background and his advice for our growing community:

We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;
I did my schooling from New Delhi. From a very young age, I was passionate and zealous to do something out of the box.
Like every teenage boy, I too had the urge to do something big and make a name for myself. So tremendous was the urge that even at the early age of 16, I decided that I will do something that stands out and leaves an everlasting impact on everyone around me. I have always been attracted to the idea of innovating. I ensure that with each of my projects I do something unique. I established my firm Pulse Wedding Planner Pvt. Ltd. with the idea of bringing a conceptualized & authentic approach toward planning and management.”
Soon after, when I had a foothold in the wedding and entertainment business, I wanted to explore more. I decided to launch an IP named Global Iconic Awards under the Umbrella of Pulse. It aimed at giving recognition to all kinds of businesses in the market.
The journey continued with more Ips like Makeup Diaries, Pulse Connect, Wed Pulse. Having been credited for setting trends, motivated me to keep exploring newer things.
Today, I am a social media and a business influencer. My work has been captured by many media houses and has been awarded multiple times. One of them called me a ‘Creativeprenenur’.
What attracts you towards entrepreneurship instead of a corporate career?
I chose entrepreneurship because I always wanted to make an impact. I have always been intrigued by entrepreneurship. It’s fascinating how you build something from scratch to build an empire around it.
I have always loved experimenting, taking risks, diving into innovative ideas. To pursue it, I had to do it on my own.
‘Pulse Events & Wedding’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?
My inventiveness, creativity and individuality have resulted in the firm becoming the first and foremost choice for celebrities, artists and big-spending brands and businesses.
As a social media and business influencer, my intent is to bring a genuinely positive outlook.
I wanted to give a meaningful name to the firm. The firm was, is and always will be MY Pulse. Even when I was starting afresh, I knew Pulse would take me places because I was confident & determined towards my goals.”
I and my brand are so much one, that my acquaintances lovingly refer to me as “Sunny Pulse” and my brand has literally become my adopted Surname. I love being called “Sunny Pulse” and consider it as an achievement that I am known for my work and its quality is the source of my recognition.
Soon after my wedding & Entertainment business was on its peak, I decided to launch Ips under the umbrella of ‘Pulse’. At present we have a total of 5 firms under the umbrella of Pulse. All Ips cater to different kinds of services.
With quality as our trademark, delivering excellence in services and invaluable experience is what holds us apart from others in the business. I believe in setting benchmarks. At Pulse, we are the Trendsetters.
During this COVID-19 crisis, what are the measures you have undertaken to continue your business without disruption?
COVID-19 has wreaked havoc over the service industry. But we are adept at the challenges and have worked upon delivering quality service to our clients at their disposal. Resorting to virtual scouting, meetings & ideas of intimate weddings, we have ensured seamless deliverance to our clients.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
Challenges are what drive me to keep going. As I said, I love challenges as it gives me the rush to step up for my top game. It makes me push myself and explore into unchartered territories.
What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
Quality Deliverance and Setting Benchmarks are the mantras that have kept me going up the ladder of success.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
My motivation is my family. I want to build them a world where there is no suffering, where the world is full of kind and good people. I try my level best to do as much as I can for society as well.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
There are a few:
1) Being mindful
2) Always wanted to set trends
3) Being Resilient and determined
4) Ability to take risks & venture into uncharted territories.
5) You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?
I am mostly motivated by my clients. In today’s world, everyone aspires for things that haven’t been done earlier.
These requirements keep me motivated that there are people there who value the undone and like to take risks and set the bar high.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
Uncertainty does loom over the wedding industry’s future but we can only hope for the best. It was ensured that Team Pulse faces no challenges to overcome this difficult period.
I will say it straight that there are many factors but if you really have to have the key elements then to me these are the ones:
a) Accepting & loving myself.
b) Constant appetite for leaning
c) Curiosity
d) Positive Attitude
e) Taking massive action (execution) with consistency and belief
f) Being firm on the promise of quality deliverance.
