Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Vikhil:
Tell us a little bit about yourself (background) and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;
This is Prasanna Vikhil but I popularly know as Vikhil Prabha. I’m from a small backward village in Warangal rural where only lives the forty families. My mother Rama, father Shankar when I’m 2 my father expired. My mother took the whole responsibility of us and she struggled a lot to educate us. Now I’m a social entrepreneur working for the betterment of society without expecting anything.
I’m the Founder and CEO Of Friends Being A Helping Hands (FBHHS). Today I’m standing as a Youthicon 2019, Karmaveerchakra award, Sreshtaseva Puraskar and Docter of humanity.
Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
When you look back to past centuries many foreign countries ruled us nd our country people worked as a slave. so the difference between job and entrepreneur.
You will earn a passive income without your involvement sometimes but the job they will screw out like a hell. I choose entrepreneur and I’m a trainer, speaker and psychology student.
What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e. what’s your source of motivation?
My past life is my motivation, After the struggle of 5 years now I’m making out the productive work for the betterment of society and standing with many homeless students, old people and orphans.
What challenges/obstacles did you face in your journey so far?
Many challenges in faced up to now my classmates, neighbours and my relatives they poke me like a hell regarding the things which I do after my success everyone started appreciating me.
What comes first for you – money or emotions?
I’m an emotional person. basically I value the emotion of a person which I deal with. We also care about the emotion of a beneficiary from us.
How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?
I’m a psychology student, I can manipulate the things which up to my self by spending time with my friends, family or travelling or mostly I’ll sleep.
What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person?
I believed in my self & success strategy is putting all our efforts into making a productive thing.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
1) Believe in yourself
2) Acquire knowledge
3) Hard work
4) Execution
5) Smart work
What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?
We always work on a tag line ‘We rise by lifting others’. Don’t focus primarily on money or investments but keep your focus on creating a sustainable development & value creation. I believe, rest things will automatically set with time. Also, if you are starting up a venture, feel free to reach out to us. You will find us a great partner or mentor to you with innovative means.

When I started I’m zero now I have 4 branches around India.

I’m the youngest person to receive doctorate soon from Germany university (Doctor of humanity)
What are the things you handle as a social entrepreneur?
We work on sustainable development goals. we adopted 6 goals from them we do projects
– No poverty
– Zero hunger
– Quality education
– Gender quality
– Gender sensitization
– Self-defence
– Good touch bad touch etc…. We work on.
