Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Vipin:
We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, tell us a little bit about your startup and the problems you guys are solving, please;
Infowind Technologies is a leading software development and design studio based out of Indore. We focus on end-to-end delivery of software solutions across the globe.
A big chunk of people are still following the traditional business tactics and are trapped by the limitations of being confined to a particular radius of the area. For others, it is really tough to perform actions and keep a track of records manually.
Infowind, being a software company considers it to be a responsibility and tries to bring a change in the ecosystem, by helping these people to make their business go digital and mark an online presence.
Also, our feature-rich software products have created a pathway for our clientele to have a successful startup that gradually became their asset.
‘Infowind Technologies’ is doing such a good job; talk us through more about it, please. Also, what makes you different from the rest?
Infowind Technologies has seen a dimensionless journey into the unforeseen era of Software solutions. We have an expert and seasoned team of development professionals aiding to the increase in their knowledge and growth of the organization.
What separates us from the remaining pool of software development brands is the proven record of flawless work experiences in the ample trending technologies.
We are a team of software service providers excelling in the computer technologies like- Node.js, React.js, Angular, Flutter, React Native, ROR and many more on the list.
During this COVID-19 crisis, what are the measures you have undertaken to continue your business without disruption?
During Covid, when companies were downsizing, we were fortunate enough to not only survive but also had been onto great hiring. Since things were getting digitized straight from education to medical, we were occupied with a lot of projects to work upon.
Covid seemed to be the worst situation of many decades, but we were inspired to help the people by providing them with the best software products so that there is no pause and keep their business, education, earning, hospitalization, providing the medicines etc. functioning in an order.
How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives the team?
Infowind Technologies is a family of software developers and designers who stay positive in every situation. Every organization faces some challenges at a point of time, but what matters is how you respond towards it and being a leader you need to carry yourself well even in tough times. Only then your team will be inspired enough to overcome the challenges.
Every time we solve a problem or provide the best to our customers, we are driven more to do better and together as a team we are motivated to serve society with our services.
Please share with us about your expansion plans?
Infowind was started with a team of 3 members who had an unmatchable interest in coding and an entrepreneur mindset. In a very short span of time, with their continuous efforts, sleepless nights, moonlighting and performing two jobs simultaneously, they were successful in building the brand- “Infowind Technologies” that has provided software services to more than 350 clients till date.
We are a team of 50+ members and all geared up to expand our team, clients and technologies and aim to become a top-leading software company that people can rely upon.
What has worked well for you so far?
My clients and the team are the reason I have come this far.
Delivering the promises and commitments made to the customers and maintaining a good relationship with our prospects always helped me exceed the target.
I very much believe that what’s more important in a business is being transparent with your clients. I treat all the setbacks as a stepping stone and move ahead to learn from those. Hard work and focus on the goal always pays off.
What is one strategy that you guys believe has helped you grow as a team/startup?
“The most important thing in building a startup is building a team”
I have a talented and proactive team at Infowind. Hiring the right people is the most important part of building a strong team, of course, and delegating to give people more autonomy is a powerful motivator.
Providing them with the ownership, making them feel inclusive, allowing good work-life balance, conducting recreational activities and providing them opportunities to groom their skills are some other considerable factors that have enabled us to pull a success.
In the past years, what we have witnessed is most of our employees are associated with us since “long term”. They gradually became the PILLARS OF STRENGTH and helped us conquer the horizons
In your opinion – what is more necessary: An idea or a good team for a successful startup?
A startup is definitely started by a few people, but hand-picking the best teammates to join the journey is very important. I believe the “Idea” should be good, but having a “Good Team” that supports you through thick and thin is more necessary. Sometimes, the brilliant minds that you work with might suggest modifications in your idea to make it grand. And if there’s no good team to execute the idea, it is totally worthless.
One must always be surrounded by the people who push you to do good and are positive enough to make the Ideas work together.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
Be passionate enough to make your dreams alive. There might be times when you’d feel that things are not working as per your plan, there might be failures or challenging situations. But it requires a lot of patience, determination and perseverance to become what you aspire.
Never let the world dim your light, let the spark ignite and always be motivated enough to conquer the next.
No knowledge is ever enough and the sky is the limit, so keep learning and keep growing!
