Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Nutrition by Riddhi:

We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem. Tell us a little bit about your startup and the problems you guys are solving, please. 

‘Nutrition by Riddhi,’ focuses on holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I aim to help people overcome lifestyle diseases through balanced eating, mindfulness, movement, proper sleep, and stress management.

My journey started from my personal battle with PCOS, which I conquered using holistic nutrition and yoga. This experience inspired me to help others facing similar challenges, providing them with practical solutions for managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypothyroidism.

Please share with us about your expansion plans;

I plan to expand by creating more digital content, including engaging Instagram reels, shareable carousel posts, and valuable eBooks. I also aim to offer specialized high-ticket coaching programs, focusing on specific health concerns.

Additionally, I’m looking to collaborate with other wellness experts to provide comprehensive health solutions and host workshops and webinars to reach a wider audience. And the ultimate goal is to write a book someday, that turns out to be a bestseller, and touches millions of lives!

What are some of the best practices you advise your clients and how does it help them?

I advise my clients to practice mindful eating, portion control, and balanced nutrition. These practices help them develop a healthy relationship with food, prevent overeating, and ensure they get the right nutrients.

I also emphasize the importance of regular physical activity, proper sleep, and stress management. These holistic practices help my clients improve their overall well-being and manage chronic conditions more effectively.

What are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?

Consistency is Key: Small, consistent changes lead to significant, long-lasting results.

Mind-Body Connection: True health comes from balancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Empathy and Understanding: Understanding my clients’ unique challenges and needs is crucial in helping them achieve their health goals.

What approaches do you follow in your program?

I follow a holistic approach that includes personalized nutrition plans, mindful eating practices, and lifestyle modifications. I focus on educating my clients about the importance of a balanced diet, portion control, and regular physical activity.

Additionally, I incorporate stress management techniques and ensure they understand the significance of proper sleep and self-care.

Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?

What makes my journey satisfying and exciting is seeing the positive impact on my clients’ lives. Watching them overcome their health challenges, achieve their goals, and lead healthier, happier lives is incredibly rewarding.

My personal journey from struggling with PCOS along with being a qualified nutritionist has also been a significant motivator, driving me to help others with similar struggles.

Our audience would love to know about your future plans?

In the future, I plan to expand my digital presence, create more educational content, and offer specialized coaching programs. I also aim to host workshops and webinars, collaborate with other wellness experts, and possibly write a comprehensive book on holistic nutrition and lifestyle practices.

In your opinion – what is more necessary: Idea or a good team for a successful startup?

Both are crucial, but a good team is more necessary for a successful startup. A great idea can only go so far without a dedicated, skilled team to execute it. A strong team brings diverse perspectives, skills, and the ability to adapt and overcome challenges, which are essential for turning an idea into a successful reality.

How can leadership qualities help with your career or business growth?

Leadership qualities such as empathy, effective communication, and adaptability are vital for career and business growth.

They help in building strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering a positive and motivating work environment, and navigating through challenges effectively. Good leadership inspires trust and loyalty, which are crucial for long-term success.

What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?

Client-Centric Approach: Always prioritize the needs and well-being of clients.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in nutrition and wellness to provide the best advice.

Authenticity and Transparency: Be genuine and transparent in all interactions to build trust and credibility.
